Copper-clad ultra-luxury tower with rooftop helipad, private marina, and MFG-operated dining
About Villa Miami
Villa Miami is a 55-story, 650-foot ultra-luxury residential tower rising on Biscayne Bay in Edgewater at 710 NE 29th St. A joint venture between Terra (David Martin) and One Thousand Group (Kevin Venger, Louis Birdman, Michael Konig), with Major Food Group as the F&B brand partner — making it the first MFG-branded residential project in the world. Designed by ODP Architects with interiors by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. and landscape by Enzo Enea, the tower features just 70 residences — a mix of half-floor and full-floor units ranging from 2,200 to 6,200 sqft, plus a singular three-story, 15,000 sqft 'estate in the sky' penthouse listed at $55M. Signature features include a distinctive copper-clad exoskeletal facade, a floating pool vessel inspired by Lake Como, Miami's first residential rooftop helipad, a private marina on the bay, and three full floors of Major Food Group–operated dining and amenities downstairs. Each residence has a chef's kitchen designed in collaboration with MFG. Groundbreaking occurred December 2024 with a $285M construction loan from Tyko Capital; Moss Construction is general contractor. Delivery is targeted for Q4 2027.
